I've been tagged by the Hunter and Shooter for the '5 things you didn't know about me' meme.
1. I have a pilot's licence
2. I once snogged a Page 3 girl.
3. Despite being a Tory through and through, I still have a penchant for (invariably lefty) continental political philosophy.
4. More than anything else in the world, I'd absolutely love to be an Astronaut.
5. I learnt this lesson the hard way: If you are ill in a foreign hospital, and the non-english-speaking nurse hands you a large jar, DO NOT assume that she wants you to provide a stool sample.
All these years later, I still remember the look on her face as I handed it back. Whatever she was expecting, it sure as hell wasn't that.
